Operating within the formative model of learning, our didactic-educational proposals, geared to the children of the early childhood and primary schools are organized into workshops, that is, places of knowledge development with equipped environments that stimulate active participation and the construction of an individual style of learning. In the “spaces for doing” the children explore interest in discovery while enhancing problem solving skills and by learning to co-operate with others in group work. They also learn about themselves in the process of acquiring prosocial skills.
The use and manipulation of materials of different elements (sand, clay, wood, etc.) allow the children to develop knowledge of a wide range of emotions, activating concepts of imagination, fantasy, creativity, trust and responsibility.
